this sheet pan meal is the epitome of fall 🍂 between the fresh brussels sprouts to the roasted pecans to the savory yet sweet spices… ooof it’s a good one.
whipped this one up last night for dinner because I already had all of the ingredients on hand. Decided to ball on a budget and see if I could make it this week on cleaning out the fridge, freezer and pantry so let’s see where my creativity brings us for meals this week ~ stay tuned my friends 🙃
dEATS 👉 1 pack of @traderjoes Cauliflower gnocchi and brussels sprouts with avocado oil, balsamic, cinnamon, garlic powder, onion powder, ground mustard (optional) s&p roasted at 425 for 15 min. Add 1 @tradeejoes chicken sausage pack (sliced) and pecans and roast for 15 more minutes, then toss in dried cranberries to finish the dish!
