✨Spiced Banana Bread Oats✨

It won’t come as a shock to anyone here that banana bread oats are one of my all time favourites, but I think I truly outdid myself this morning, as these were absolutely perfect! 👌😍(recipe below! ⬇️)

Best way to start my day, sitting outside in the sunshine and fresh air, eating banana oats, having my morning #nespresso almond milk coffee and reading (currently reading 11.22.63 by #stephenking)

#dEATs

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup @monstermuesli Multigrain Porridge
1/4 cup Oat Bran
1 cup water
1 small banana (divided, half mashed half cut into coins for topping)
1 tbsp SF maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4-1/8 tsp nutmeg
Tiny pinch of CLOVES (dont skip! Trust me this makes ALL the difference!)
Cacao nibs, walnuts and almond butter for topping

METHOD
Add oats, mashed banana, spices, vanilla, syrup and water to small pot. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Once boiling bring down to a simmer still stirring. Once all liquid is absorbed and desired texture reached removed from heat and let sit for a couple of minutes. Pour into bowl and add banana coins, walnuts, cacao nibs and almond butter. ENJOY! 😊
