👇🏽 RECIPE 👇🏽
2 cups Wholemeal Spelt Flour (or flour of choice)⠀
1 & 3/4 cups soy milk⠀
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar ⠀
2 Tbsp almond butter (or PB)⠀
2 Tbsp natural sweetener to taste⠀
4 tsp baking powder⠀
1/2 tsp vanilla extract⠀
Pinch of salt⠀

Preheat waffle iron⠀
Mix soy milk and vinegar in a jug and allow to sit for 5 mins⠀
Mix dry ingredients, mix wet ingredients ⠀
Add wet to dry and stir until just mixed⠀
Allow batter to rest for 5-10mins. It should become thick and fluffy⠀
Pour into a greased waffle maker as per your machine’s instructions. Serve with fruit of choice. Enjoy!
