Keto-based banana bread with added dark chocolate:

– 150g ground almonds
– 2 small/medium bananas
– 3 free-range eggs
– 100g melted butter
– 35g xylitol
– 3 tsp cinnamon
– 80g sunflower seeds
– 1 bar 85% dark chocolate – broken into small bits

Simply melt butter, add all ingredients to a food mixer bar the dark chocolate which add at the end for a final whizz

Cook for approx 30 mins at 180 degrees
