今天來分享一個素食小麵包食譜

蘋果奶香小麵包
Vegan mini milk buns

Ingredients:

200g bread flour
30g sugar
30g crisco
60g apple sauce
80g oat milk ( or other plant based milk)
1g instant yeast
0.4g salt

1). Put all the ingredients into a bread machine and start the dough program.

2). After the program finished, take the dough out and press down to 1 inch thick flat dough. Cut the dough into little squares of 1 inch by 1 inch and place them at least 0.5 inch apart on a baking sheet.

3). Proof for 30 mins.

4). Bake at 350F for 12 mins.

Then enjoy! Cheers! It goes really well with honey butter or by itself.

蘋果奶香小麵包

材料:

200g 高筋麵粉
30g 糖
30g 植物油 (我用crisco)
60g 蘋果泥
80g 燕麥奶(或其他植物奶)
1g 速發酵母
0.4g 鹽

1)把所有材料放入麵包機,打開麵糰功能.

2)跑完後拿出麵糰,壓扁成2公分厚,將麵糰切成2 x 2 公分大小的方形麵團,並分開在烤盤上放好,至少一公分間距。

3)再發酵30分鐘

4)放入180C (350 F )烤箱烤12分鐘至金黃,即可享用!
