Who doesn’t love pizza? 🍕
I definitely do. So much that I make it once a week 😅 When trying to lose weight, pizza isn’t off the table, but it can be difficult to fit it in some days. Here’s a recipe I found and use that is super simple and keeps it low calorie!
1. 3/4c Plain Greek yogurt
2. 1/2c Self rising flour
3. 1 tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
~Spray or flour a cookie sheet/pizza pan to prevent sticking
~Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl or stand mixer and mix! It will form a dough-like consistency!
~once mixed, put the dough on the pizza pan and spread out with a rolling pin. Be sure to flour the rolling pin and your hands to prevent sticking!
~Add desired toppings (my favorites are pepperoni, jalapeño, and olives 😍)
~Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
I add a little more Greek yogurt in my recipe because I like it a little softer on the inside but crunchy on the outside. If you prefer it not that way, decrease flour to 1/2c. If you use 3/4c it won’t be as airy as a typical pizza but that doesn’t bother me! 🤷🏼♀️
