💫White Chocolate Chip Banana Bread💫

✨Ingredients✨

1 1/2 cups traditionally oats ground up
3/4 cups AP flour
2 large eggs
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup fat free Greek yogurt
3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips

🌟Directions🌟

*I split my batter into two loaf pans so I could control the amount I eat and the nutritional value of each slice. If you want to make a “regular size” banana bread loaf pour the entire batter into one pan*

Preheat oven to 350

Spray TWO pans 9×5 with nonstick

In a large mixing bowl lightly beat eggs until you break yolks apart. Whisk in yogurt, bananas, honey and vanilla mixing until smooth

Stir in oats, baking soda and cinnamon.

Spoon in AP flour and gently stir until combined. Add half of the chocolate chips and stir in.

Pour batter into cake pans and top a with sprinkle of traditional oats and white chocolate chips

Bake for 35-40 minutes

I usually eat a slice for breakfast slathered with a tsp of almond butter.

The mini chocolate chips melt into the loaf and they add sweetness as well as the chips on the top. That’s why I only use 3 tbsps of honey in the recipe. The original recipe calls for 6 tbsps. If you like a sweeter loaf, go ahead and add the 6.
