Veggie Garlic Parmesan Pasta..!!
This has always been my fav to go weekend dinner for lazy Netflix nights.I have made this recipe super simple and quick. Swipe left ➡️

Ingredients-
1. Spaghetti Pasta
2.Parmesan cheese
3.Chopped veggies of your choice
4.Red sauce
5.Vinegar
6.Olive oil/butter

Method-
1.Take a large pan and boil the pasta in it for 10-12 mins(add salt and olive oil to it). Do not overcook.
2.Drain the water and keep the cooked pasta aside
3.Take a pan and add olive oil/butter to it.
4.Now add some chopped garlic to it and allow it to cook for 2-3 mins.
5.Now add the chopped vegggies and toss them. Do not over cook.
6.Next add the pasta to it and mix well. At this point add half teaspoon of vinegar to it.
7.Next add some grated Parmesan cheese and mix well.
8.Also add some red chilli sauce and tomato sauce for taste ( you can also use any pata sauce)
9.Finish it up with some black pepper.
