Vegetarian Buffalo Dip inspired by @buzzfeedtasty, you can also add shredded chicken if you want to make with meat.

15 oz cannellini bean can, drained and rinsed

1 cup raw cashews

¾ cup hot sauce

½ cup non-dairy milk

½ lemon, juiced

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

15 oz chickpeas can, drained and rinsed

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can make vegan here too)

(Optional garnish to add after baking:) 1fresh scallion, cut into pieces

Preheat oven to 375°F, grease an 8×9 pan. Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Pause blending and use a spatula to clean the sides down if mixture starts sticking, then return to blending until smooth. Mix in shredded canned chicken if you choose. Bake 30 min & serve hot with pita or corn chips. Enjoy!
