I argued with a lot of you if pineapple banana pizza is amazing or not (it really is, trust me 😂).
But I found something new; Banana and curry powder. I can’t decide what is better, so just give both variations a try, it is worth it!
Lately I’m craving a lot of pizza (I mean – who doesn’t) so I’m trying some low calorie options. Using a tortilla as pizza crust is such an easy way that still tastes very good. But I still prefer my cauliflower crust (recipe uploaded on 6th juli) that is about the same calories!

Ingredients:
1 tortilla
50g tomato sauce
70g banana
curry powder
35g (vegan) cheese
.
🍕 Preheat oven to fan 180°C
🍕 Spread tomato sauce onto tortilla
🍕Add banana slices and spread curry powder over everything
🍕Top with cheese
🍕Bake for 10-15 minutes
