INGREDIENTS:
3 Lbs top sirloin roast
3 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp montreal steak seasoning
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 Tsp dried onion flakes
Kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
1. Drizzle the roast with worcestershire sauce, add olive oil, montreal steak seasoning, garlic, dried onion flakes and salt. Rub on all surfaces of the roast.
2. Preheat oven to 450°.
3. Place the roast fat side up on a wire rack on a baking sheet. Bake the roast for approximately 2 hours uncovered for medium well done.
4. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
