Thanksgiving is coming up! But instead of pumpkin pie, I decided to whip up some donuts!! πŸ©πŸŽƒ

Healthy Pumpkin Donuts (GF, Dairy-Free, & Refined Sugar-Free)

2 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1/3 cup canned pumpkin
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Powdered Monk Fruit Sweetener

Icing
1 tbsp vegan butter spread or coconut oil
1 tbsp maple syrup

Spray a donut pan with cooking oil and preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all ingredients together well and pour into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool.

For icing:
Mix ingredients in a small bowl and microwave. Add almond milk to thin if necessary. Pour or dip on cooled donuts and sprinkle with powdered monk fruit sweetener and enjoy!
