Paneer Chilly

#Cooking Time

200gm Paneer
2tbsp Conflour
1 small spoon Red Chilly power
1 big Capsicum diced in same size
2 Onions diced in same size
1 tbsp Red Chilly sauce
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Sauce
2 green chillies
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger and garlic each
1/2 tbsp vinegar
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste

Marinate Paneer with Conflour, red chilly powder and salt add small spoon of water then deep fry paneer and keep aside.

Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil then add 1 tbsp ginger &// garlic, diced capsicum and diced onions then add green chillies saute well.

Then add soya sauce , tomato sauce and mix well then put some water give a mix then add red chilly sauce and vinegar.

At last add fried paneer salt to taste.

In a small bowl add 1 tbsp Conflour and 1 tbsp water mix well and add this Conflour mix to the pan and saute for 2-3 mins at high flame
Lastly Add freshly chopped coriander now ready to serve paneer chilly.
