Cooking something new is my #1 remedy to turn things around if I’m feeling out of sorts. It completely occupies my mind for hours and gives me the best sense of satisfaction at the end 🥰. Today I wanted to look forward to our upcoming trip to Italy (touch wood 😩) and I hadn’t had Cannelloni for years but I luuuuuv them. Treated myself to an M&S shop for these ingredients and it always makes all the difference. I couldn’t find fried cannelloni so I used fresh egg lasagne sheets, cut them in half and rolled them up. I saved 4 unused cannoli and froze them to dig out on a day when I can’t be bothered to cook 👩‍🍳 method and recipe is in my highlights 🌟
