◦•●◉✿ Soya 65 ✿◉●•◦


When you are a vegan but are missing the tempting non vegetarian food.. Then soya 65 comes to your rescue.. and as Hyderabadi weather calls for some hot pakoras and crunchy cravings.. This dish is perfect for those rainy days..

Recipe-
Ingredients:
Soya chunks boiled and squeeze for excess water
1 tbsp maida
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp vinegar
Pinch of Red food color

Mix well the above mentioned ingredients together.

Now leave it aside for 15mins and then deep fry

For tempering :

In a lil amount of oil add garlic cloves (I added 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic (garlics are optional and not used in original recipe) )
Curry leaves and slit green chillies.. And mix well

Sprinkle chat masala for enhancing the taste..!!
