Southwest Burger with Garlic Fries

There’s just something about Southwest-style dishes😍🤤 These burgers are packed with flavors and crazy simple to make. Check out the recipe below on how to make the baked garlic fries. Trust me, there won’t be anymore fries left!🤣🍟🧄

Ingredients:

ground beef
pepper jack cheese
guacamole
diced tomatoes
sliced jalapeños
red onion
brioche buns
chipotle mayo (added extra hot sauce)
2 russet potatoes, sliced (skin on)
5 cloves garlic, minced
olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Onion Powder
1 tbsp melted butter

Instructions for Garlic Fries:

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Thoroughly wash potatoes and cut into thin slices. Soak the cut potatoes in a bowl of hot water for 10 minutes. Once done soaking, take out the potatoes and pat completely dry and place into a big bowl. Drizzle the fries with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and onion powder. Make sure that each fry is evenly coated. Pour the fries onto the baking sheet(s) & place in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes, flip & bake for another 15-20 minutes. When there is about 5 minutes left, add in the garlic to the fries. Once done baking, take out of the oven and pour the melted butter over the fries. Garnish and enjoy! .
🌱Garnishes for fries: fresh parsley and fresh grated parmesan cheese
