Rolled lasagna with white sauce
1 cup Spinach ( boiled)
1/2 cup Baby corn cut into slant ( boiled)
1 chopped onion
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ketchup
2tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup tomato purée
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chilli sauce
Salt as taste
1spoon all purpose flour
1/4 black pepper
Salt as we taste
1/4 tbsp of oregano
WHOLE WHEAT LASAGNA SHEET
2cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp oil
1 .Mix all the ingredients and Make a dough.keep it aside for 20 mins.
2 .Divide the dough into 3 equal portions. Take one piece and flatten it a bit with your hands. Dust the work station with flour and roll dough out using a rolling pin 5 to 6 times.When you hold up the dough, you should be able to see your fingers through it.
3 .cut it into rectangular shape n boil it
4 . Take it off when it is soft.
take a pan put olive oil
Sauté garlic paste than onion
Put tomato purée,salt, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup,basils n stir
After few seconds put spinach, baby corn and black pepper
Ur lasagna filler is ready
If u wish you can put more vegetables with it but I like healthy and simple.
I made lasagna rolls and placed the filler inside the sheets and rolled it up .put in a flat bowl n spread white sauce on top of it.
Last spread cheese on the top n some oregano and bake it for 15 min
And the dish is ready to served. 🙂
