RECIPE 3 #cookwithsravani

MAGGI BHEL (SERVES-2)

INGREDIENTS

  
* 3 Maggi Packs
* 1 medium Onion finely chopped
* 1 medium Tomato finely chopped
* 1 Green Chili finely chopped
* 1 medium Potato boiled
* 1-2 tbsp Coriander leaves (Cilantro) chopped
* 3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
* 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice

INSTRUCTIONS

 
* Crush all the 3 Maggi cakes in a pan with your hands or using a masher / rolling pin.

* Dry roast the Maggi on the pan for 3-5 minutes.

* After a few minutes you will notice the Maggi starts to turn golden brown. Turn off the gas.

* In a mixing bowl, take 3 tbsp of Tomato ketchup. 

* Add the 3 Maggi tastemaker masalas to the ketchup and mix them together.

* To this add chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, and cubes of boiled potato.

* Mix the veggies with the masala well.

* Add the dry roasted Maggi to this mixing bowl and give everything a nice stir.

* Top it with lemon juice and stir it again.

* Your Maggi Bhel is ready! Garnish with coriander leaves or Sev.
