Quick protein bars ?

Ingredients:
– 100gr whey protein powder
– 140gr low calorie or other syrup
– 20gr zero calorie sweetener
– 20gr sugar-free chocolate
– 2gr coconut oil

Preparation:
1. Place the syrup in a pot and warm it up over medium heat until bubbles start to form
2. Add the protein powder and sweetener and mix until a dough-ey mixture is formed
3. Form the shapes as you like and place them on a parchment paper then chill for about 5-10 minutes
4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil, spread it on top of the bars then return the bars to chill for another 20-30 minutes then enjoy
