Protein and probiotic packed lunches go way further than an ordinary sandwich 🥪 or salad 🥗 to keep you fueled for the rest of the day. 💪🏼 This bowl would be an excellent entree for a weekday lunch, or for hosting vegan or gluten free friends and family. Our Cardamom Rose Coconut Milk Kefir and Caraway Fennel Sauerkraut are the perfect way to spice this up.⁣

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐢𝐧 𝐁𝐨𝐰𝐥 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: ⁣
✔️ 2 tbsp Fermenting Fairy Caraway Fennel Sauerkraut⁣
✔️ ½ bunch organic Tuscan kale (sliced thin)⁣
✔️ ½ 15-ounce can organic chickpeas (rinsed, drained, and baked)⁣
✔️ Organic baby carrots⁣
✔️ Organic clover & alfalfa sprouts⁣

𝐃𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠: ⁣
✔️ 1 tbsp organic minced garlic⁣
✔️ ¼ cup Fermenting Fairy Cardamom Rose Coconut Milk Kefir⁣
✔️ ¼ cup organic tahini⁣
✔️ 2 tbsp organic olive oil⁣
✔️ 1 medium organic lemon (juiced)⁣
✔️ 1 tbsp organic raw honey⁣
✔️ 1 pinch each salt and pepper⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: ⁣
Add all dressing ingredients and whisk vigorously to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired, adding more lemon for brightness and honey for sweetness.⁣
