Peri Peri Paneer Baked Kulcha Pockets ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒฎ
How about a Sunday Brunch or an evening snack with this lip smacking baked Kulcha pockets, stuffed with yummilicious Paneer filling.๐ŸŒฎ๐ŸŒฎ
I used store bought kulchas for this as I had a busy week. You can also make your own kulchas if u like!!

Ingredients :

4 medium size kulchas, cut into halves

Herbed butter for brushing-
50 Gm melted butter
Dry herbs- oregano, chilli flakes, thyme, rosemary, basil, paprika pwd (for seasoning of butter)
๐Ÿ’ŸMix the herbs with melted butter and keep aside.

150 Gm shredded paneer
1 Large onion finely chopped
1 Medium size capsicum finely chopped
2 Tomatoes finely chopped
2 Green Chillies finely chopped
1 tbspn mayonnaise
1 tbspn cheese spread
1/2 cup shredded processed cheese (optional)
1/2 tspn salt to season
1/2 tspn black pepper pwd
1/4 tspn paprika/ kashmiri lal Mirch pwd
Dry herbs – oregano, chilli flakes, thyme, rosemary, basil (2-3 pinch of each)
Mix everything in a bowl and keep aside.

๐Ÿ’ŸSlit each half of the kulcha from inside with the help of a knife, forming a pocket, and fill the pocket with a spoonful of filling.
๐Ÿ’ŸBrush both sides of each kulcha with the melted herbed butter.
๐Ÿ’ŸPlace on a baking tray and pop in a preheated oven.
๐Ÿ’ŸBake at 180 deg for 15 min or until the top of each kulcha becomes, lightly toasted and turns light golden.
๐Ÿ’ŸServe hot, with ketchup.
