Peach gum with stir fried egg for breakfast is a great combination. Good for beauty and blood circulation.
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 spoon of peach gum
Some chives
2~3 eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
Minced ginger


Steps:
1. Soak peach gum the night before.
2. Beat eggs in bowl, add salt.
3. Mince ginger by using the chopping knife to flatten it by hitting on the edge of the ginger.
4. Using small fire, add one spatula of oil and stir fry minced ginger till fragrant.
5. Add peach gum in and stir fry for 2 minutes.
6. Add eggs in and let it cook for a short while till the edge starts to brown. Spread the peach gum evenly in the egg. Add chives in while egg is still liquid.
