PADRON PEPPERS WITH SMOKED SEA SALT ⁣

Tapas Series Episode 1 ⁣

Something that kept coming up when I asked for Fakeaway options was a tapas feast, so I’ve got a wee series in store for you! ⁣

Only right I start with the simple, but ridiculously addictive padron peppers topped with smoked @maldonsalt obviously ??‍♀️?⁣

I have a few dishes already banked up for the next few ‘episodes’ but feel free to leave any specific requests below ?⁣

Ingredients⁣
– padron peppers (I got these in @lidlgb)⁣
– oil ⁣
– smoked sea salt (@maldonsalt ?)⁣

And that’s it! The method couldn’t be easier either … ⁣

1. Heat up pan (I used my cast iron), add oil and add padron peppers ⁣
2. Over a high heat, continue to toss and turn the peppers until softened and blistered ⁣
3. Serve hot, sprinkled with sea salt ⁣
