Pad Krapow with sticky rice and a Thai papaya salad πŸ’₯πŸ₯’recipe very much inspired by @chayaveganeats 🌟 using @quorn_uk mince which was so legit that even the dog thought it was meat (swipe to see) 😜

πŸ’₯ Pad Krapow recipe πŸ’₯
β€’ 300g quorn mince β€’ 3 chopped garlic cloves β€’ 1 red chilli 🌢 β€’ LOTS of Thai basil leaves 🌿 β€’ 1 pepper β€’ 3 tbsp soy sauce β€’ 2 tbsp fish sauce β€’ 2 tbsp oyster sauce β€’ juice of one lime πŸ‹ β€’

Fry garlic and chilli in oil, add the mince and chopped pepper and cook for 5 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 5 minutes ⏰ if it is looking a bit dry add some water to the pan and cook a bit further 🍲 serve with sticky jasmine rice and veg – I went for a Thai papaya salad which was super fressssh πŸ₯—πŸ˜Ž
