Ingredients for the sauce (my own recipe) – makes 1 large serving
▫️Garlic – 2 cloves (minced and mix with 1 Tbsp of water)
▫️Chinese style light soy sauce – 2 tsp
▫️Chinese style vinegar – 1 tsp
▫️Sichuan pepper oil – 1 tsp
▫️Chili oil 🌶 (store bought or homemade. It should have chili peppers in it, not just oil) – 1 tsp (or less if you don’t like it spicy)
▫️Green onions, finely chopped – 1 tsp
▫️Cilantro, finely chopped – 1 tsp
▫️Pickled mustard greens – 2 tsp
