Meatloaf with smooth mashed potatoes covering / Pastel de carne con pure de patatas suave
Minced beef
Grated carrot
Chopped onion
Chopped jalapeños
Prebiotic potato (boiled potatoes and refrigerated for 24 hours)
Vegetable coconut milk and rice or rice or almonds (avoid soy and oat milk)
Idiazabal cheese (made from raw sheep’s milk)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
– In a frying pan cook the onion, carrot and jalapeños with some oil and add salt. Reserve.
– In that same frying pan cook the meat and add salt and pepper.
– Prepare a baking container, place the meat and vegetables and mix.
– With a mixer crush the potatoes with a bit of vegetable milk and add salt. Obtain a smooth texture by adjusting the amount of milk.
– Cover the vegetables and meat with the soft potato puree obtained.
– Scratch the cheese and spread it on the surface.
– Place the container in the oven and turn the grill on (5-8 min).

– En esa misma sartén cocinar la carne y añadir sal y pimienta.
– Preparar un recipiente para horno, colocar la carne y las verduras y mezclar.
– Triturar con una batidora las patatas con un poco de leche vegetal y añadir sal. Obtener una textura suave ajustando la cantidad de leche.
– Cubrir las verduras y la carne con el pure de patata.
– Rayar el queso y esparcir por la superficie.
– Colocar el recipiente en el horno y poner el grill (5-8 min).
