I think we could all use something sweet, cold, and refreshing to get us through this west coast heat wave 🥵 Instead of heading to Starbucks to overpay for a frappuccino, try making this healthy + affordable version at home! Here’s a quick + easy recipe for two dreamy frappes that’ll cool you down, satisfy your sweet tooth, and keep you on track with your goals 😉

Caramel Frappe – makes two servings, 72 calories per serving
– 1 1/2 cups @silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 2 1/2 cups ice
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp instant coffee
– 1 tbsp fat free caramel syrup
– 4 tbsp Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener (feel free to add more/less to taste)

Horchata Frappe – makes 2 servings, 58 calories per serving [dairy free + vegan]
– 1 1/2 cups @silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk
– 2 1/2 cups ice
– 1 tbsp vanilla extract
– 1 tbsp instant coffee
– 1 tbsp cinnamon
– 4 tbsp Lakanto golden monkfruit sweetener (feel free to add more/less to taste)

Add all ingredients to a blender + blend on high until you reach a thick, frappe consistency. Divide into two equal servings + add optional toppings if desired (caramel drizzle/cinnamon powder, df whipped cream, etc). For even better macros, add your fav protein powder before blending. ENJOY! 🌺
