Jamie’s Allergy Friendly Brownies

Ingredients: ⁣
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut oil (or browned butter)⁣
1 cup @caminoamigos Dark chocolate chopped ⁣(or if you prefer u can use milk chocolate)
3/4 cup monk fruit sugar (or sugar of choice)⁣
2 large eggs ( or egg replacer powder ) ⁣
5 tablespoon cocoa powder⁣
1/2 cup semi sweet @caminoamigos chocolate chips ⁣

Preheat oven to 350F ( bake setting)⁣
Melt the coconut oil and chopped chocolate in a pan (should be under 2-3 minutes).
Turn off heat and add the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. ⁣
Add eggs and whisk until combined. ⁣
If adding egg replacer just mix the egg replacer powder and water first then add it into the chocolate mix. Same drill whisk until combined. ⁣
Then add in the cocoa powder. I used @caminoamigos #organic #Gf #lowcarb powder. ⁣
Line a 9×7 or 8×8 dish with parchment ⁣
Pour chocolate mixture in and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. As soon as they come out sprinkle a little sea salt if you like….I love the combo ❤️❤️. Cool completely before cutting. ⁣
