Jajangmyeon


炸醬麵 짜장면 Jajangmyeon🍲

材料 (2人份)
黑豆醬 半包(125g)
紅蘿蔔 1條
薯仔 1個
洋蔥 半個
豬肉200g
韓國麵條 2份 (圖3)

做法
1. 將所有配料切成差不多太小,熱鑊後下油先將配料炒至八成熟
2. 將配料盛起備用,加小許油炒黑豆醬至聞到香味
3. 然後加入配料再炒到全熟
4. 根據麵條包裝的時間煮麵,煮好後隔水
5. 將醬汁澆上麵條上即大功告成🎉

ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛs
1 Carrot, peeled and cubed
1 Potato, peeled and cubed
1/2 Onion, cubed
200g Pork, cubed
Korean fresh noodles (Figure 3)

sᴀᴜᴄᴇ
1/2 Black bean paste, (125g)
Salt
Sugar

ᴍᴇᴛʜᴏᴅ
1. Cut all the ingredients into similar size.
2. Fly all the ingredients until almost cooked then set asides.
3. Fly the black bean sauce with little bit oil for around 2-3 minutes, then put the pre-cooked ingredients back and stir it.
4. Cook for about 5-10 minutes.
5. Add the noodles in boiling water and cook according to the package and drain.
6. Spoon the sauce on the top and enjoy!

📌 麵條煮完後過冷河,可令麵條更彈牙同唔黐住,食之前先放回熱水淥一下😉
