It’s guac-tail hour! ? What’s a better happy hour snack than some loaded guacamole? We’ll wait…that’s what we thought, nothing. ? This guac can be enjoyed by both gluten and dairy-free snackers!⁣

Ingredients: 5 ripe avocados, mashed; 1 cup rinsed and drained black beans; 1 cup fresh corn (can use frozen, but let thaw completely); 1 small red onion, finely diced; 4 Roma tomatoes, finely diced; 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced; 1/4 cup minced cilantro; juice of two limes and fajita seasoning, to taste⁣
? Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix to combine. Serve.⁣
If making ahead, cover with plastic wrap, pressing the wrap down onto the surface of the guacamole to prevent it from browning. Refrigerate until ready to serve.⁣
