2 cloves of garlic πŸ§„πŸ§„
olive oil
basil
ciabatta πŸ₯–
sea salt πŸ§‚
pepper

Preparation:
Step 1: Cut tomatoes and onions. Peel 1 clove of garlic, press it through a fine press and put it into the bowl.
Step 2: Season with salt, pepper and basil and add olive oil.

Step 3: Preheat oven to 200 Β°C top/bottom heat.

Step 4: Slice the ciabatta and drizzle with olive oil and rub with a clove of garlic.
Step 5: Bake on a baking tray for about 8 minutes.

Step 6: Then cover bread with tomato mixture.
