I’m Holding Onto Pumpkin Season For As Long As I Can! I Lo

I’m holding onto pumpkin season for as long as I can! I love pumpkin bread, but for some reason, mine always break! I don’t know if I over-mix or put too much in the pan or what, but it always turns out to be a little cracked when I take it out. Regardless of the look, it still always tastes great!🍞🎃

If you’re looking to do some stress baking, here’s how to make this delicious bread (I just use the recipe on the back of the Libby’s can, haha):
*Ingredients: all purpose flour (1 3/4 c), pumpkin pie spice (1 1/2 tsp), ground nutmeg (1/3 tsp), baking soda (1/2 tsp), baking powder (1/2 tsp), salt (1/2 tsp), vegetable oil (1/2 c), eggs (2), granulated sugar (1 c), brown sugar (1/2 c), pure pumpkin (1 c), milk (1/3 c)

*Instructions: preheat oven to 350. Spray 10 inch loaf pan with baking spray and set aside. In a mixer, combine ingredients. Then pour into prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes or until bread is firm and cooked through. Let cool before serving, then slice and enjoy!👩‍🍳🥰
