I might love cooking…(vegan) Woodland Fairy Elderberry Waffles! #recipe below♥️

.
These little darlings are #glutenfree, #dairyfree, vegan, and super supportive of your immune system. (And did I mention soooo good?) But enough chatting… here’s the recipe! .
.
Woodland Fairy Elderberry Waffles🧚🏻‍♂️🧇
♥️♥️♥️♥️
Dry:
1/2 Cup almond flour
1/2 Tsp GF baking powder
1/4 Tsp Sea salt
2.5 Tbsp Maple, date, or coconut sugar (or brown, or whatever you’d like!)
1 Tbsp Flax meal
2 Tbsp dried elderberries <3 ♥️
Wet:
1 Tsp Almond extract (looove this stuff)
2 Tbsp Walnut oil (Grapeseed is great too!)
1/4 Cup Flax milk + #protein (or whatever dairy-free milk you like/have/love)
1 Vegan egg
♥️
So,
1. mix wet ingredients;
2. Mix dry ingredients;
3. Combine, and cook! ♥️
I like to top these with earthbalance vegan butter and grade B maple syrup (If I have it). OR, crushed hazelnuts and fresh fruit 🍓. OR, homemade preserves! So many options! 😋
♥️
And, most importantly, these lovely ladies are rich in fiber, high-quality protein, Omega-3 fats, and PACKED with antioxidants. Hope you love making them as much as I do xo .
