I made this very hearty but simple beef stew with the most simple of ingredients! but so bummed out that I couldn’t take a befitting picture ?
The kids were hungry, I was exhausted and had no patience for their constant nagging! A quick picture by the stove was all I could manage.

Anyways back to this lovely stew!

Sautee some diced onions, lots of garlic, bell peppers in a drizzle of olive oil. Add your beef cutlets with the bones and caramelize and brown the veges and meat. Add salt, black pepper, thyme, rosemary, coriander, cumin to the mix. Add enough water to cook the meat and allow the stock to develop the depth of flavor you’d expect from beef stock. After hours of boiling away, adding more water as needed, add whole potatoes and carrots in the pot. Adjust salt and pepper as necessary. Finish it off with a table spoon of lemon juice. Serve with some toasted bread. ??
