How Often Do You Check The Ingredients Of A Product Do You F

How often do you check the ingredients of a product? Do you feel safe having a bread with unpronounceable words in the ingredients?

Sometimes, all I want to do is make everything at home from toothpaste, soap to breads and pancakes.

To give you an example, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate found in a range of products like toothpaste, soaps, body wash, shampoos and almost anything that produces lather, is a lathering agent cheaply available in market. It causes most skin problems like eczema, dermatitis, and other skin infections.

Leave the topical products, what do we put into our gut? Largely controlled pesticides sprayed nutrient deficient vegetables. Most chicken and fish that are in packages do not even supply us with vitamins or minerals. Vit D and B12 deficiencies are prone in a non-veg diet. Supplements are becoming a trend now cause of these deficiencies. And should I even start on supplement industry. The additives and whatnots, who to trust and who not to?

Ok, so what do we about this? Right?
1. Research and ask more questions. Don’t just settle with a product because it preaches your welfare. Read and double check the safety of ingredients.
3. Eat more organic vegetables.
Wear a mask and go to your nearest farmer’s market and buy the fresh vegetables. The cost is worth your life’s quality.
4. If you have space in your home for indoor gardening, invest your time on creating your own vegetables. Sometimes, even a tiny space in a kitchen can be a starting point.

Be aware and live consciously.
