hellooo all ๐ this morning I had some VANILLA OVERNIGHT OATS – swipe to see the consistency! They are perfect if not having much time in the morning or maybe if you just crave something sweet, but healthy! The best thing is that it can be topped with basically everything and it will still look great ? I leave this basic overnight oats recipe below, though itโs already to simple to write it down ? (a similar one is with a video tutorial in my story highlights!)
INGREDIENTS:
– 50g Oats
– some plant milk (~ 1 cup)
– 1 tsp honey
– 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
– toppings such as berries, nuts, seeds or chocolate/peanutbutter sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Place the oats in a glass/bowl and cover them with milk. Add some honey aswell as the vanilla and mix. Leave at least for 2 hours in the fridge (for best results overnight). Top and enjoy ๐
