~ HEALTHY APPLE CRUMBLE~


This apple crumble is delicious. With the broad amount of flavours it has to offer, everyone will LOVE it!!! Both the crumble on top and the soft apples are to DIE for. It’s super easy to make and can be ready in no time. It’s gluten-free, dairy free and vegan of course. We DEFINITELY recommend. It’s perfect for breakfast or even just a snack when your craving something sweet!!!

➡️Ingredients for the crumble:
-> 3/4 cup of oats (gluten-free if needed)
-> 1/4 cup of walnuts ( roughly chopped)
-> 1 Tsp of cinnamon
-> 3 Tbsp of maple syrup
-> 1 and 1/2 Tbsp of Coconut oil

➡️Ingredients for the Apple filling:
-> 6 cups of small diced apples
-> 2 Tbsp of cornstarch
-> 1 and 1/2 Tsp of cinnamon
-> 1/8 Tsp of ground nutmeg

➡️Instructions for the Apple crumble:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F, and coat a casserole with non-stick spray or oil.

2. In a mixing bowl combine together the oats, walnuts, cinnamon, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Stir until combined.

3. In another bowl, toss the apples with cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg, until evenly coated.

4.Transfer the filling to the prepared dish, and gently press down with a spatula. Sprinkle evenly with the oatmeal topping.

5. Bake at 350°F for 25-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and tops are crisp.
