🌈HAPPY MONDAY🌈 and let’s start the week the right way with an @f45_training_harrogate session and


BREAKFAST PROTEIN COOKIES🍪

These were SO easy to make and so so fluffy😻
📊MACROS (all 3 cookies no toppings): 238Cals, P 16.5g, C 35.3g, F 3.5g📊

INGREDIENTS:
•65g Banana
•30g Oats
•15g @myproteinuk vanilla protein powder
•15ml Almond milk

Method:
(Pre Heat Oven 180°)
1️⃣Mix the dry ingredients (oats and protein powder) together
2️⃣mash the Banana in a separate bowl and add the splash of almond milk
3️⃣Put the dry ingredients into the wet and mix
4️⃣Divide the mixture into 3 onto a greased/Lined baking tray
5️⃣Cook in the over for about 6-8mins (KEEP AN EYE ON THEM!!!)👀
6️⃣Top with all the toppings your HEART DESIRES💖

💫I topped mine with @jimjams_spreads hazelnut spread, Fat Free Greek Yoghurt, Berries, Caramalised left over banana and a sprinkle of Cacao Nibs💫
