Happy Independence Day 🙏❤

I know I am late but didn’t want to miss posting this healthy, easy, & yummy recipe😋

In India there are over 100 varieties of mangoes, in different sizes, shapes and colours. No wonder India’s national fruit is MANGO🥭

Is there anything more refreshing than a super juicy bite of mango salsa! It’s sweet, spicy, and absolutely delicious summer salsa! Serve this fresh mango salsa with chips, on tacos, or enjoy as a salad itself.

****Mango Salsa****

Calories: 120 cal

• Mangoes (ripe) – 2 cup
• Red onion (medium) – 1/4
• Bell pepper (small) – 1/2
{I used 4 sweet red pepper for this recipe}
• Jalapeno – 1/4
• Cilantro – 4-6 strands
• Lime – 1/2
• Red chili powder – 1/4
• Salt

1. Place the diced mango, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro in a bowl.
2. Squeeze over the lime juice.
3. Top with the chili powder and salt.
4. Stir gently to combine all the ingredients.
5. Serve chilled with your choice of chips or on tacos!

Recommendation: You can combine a little orange juice with lime juice and add cumin powder in this recipe.

Tip: Leftover salsa will last in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
