Grilled Chicken Sub. One of my favorites when I feel like something light to eat. Its fast, easy and filling!

Chicken marinad
INGREDIENTS:
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Tsp paprika
1/4 rosemary
1/4 garlic powder
Tbsp olive oil
Sea salt and pepper


To make the sandwich:
Crusty whole grain loaf
Lettuce, chopped
Pickles, slices
Spanish onion, slices
Tomatoe, slices
Banana peppers
Ketchup
Mayonnaise
Dijon Mustard
Sriracha (optional)
(Everything is to your personal taste)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix paprika, rosemary, garlic powder, olive oil, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Rub the chicken breasts until well coated. Marinate for 15 minutes.
2. Place chicken breast on the barbecue and cook for about 20 minutes using reverse sear method.
3. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables and cut bread in half, spead butter on both sides, toast in a pan butter side down for 1 minute on high heat.
4. Once the chicken is done, let it rest covered for 5 minutes before placing it on a cutting board and cutting it into thick slices.
5. Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bread and mustard on the other. Layer lettuce, onion, dill pickles, banana peppers, tomatoes and chicken. Add ketchup, hot sriracha and freshly ground pepper on top of the chicken . Enjoy!
