Good morning! Overnight oats are an easy breakfast that you can make the night before. It really takes the stress out of busy mornings. Fresh fruit makes it even better. It’s also dairy free and can be gluten free as well. Have an awesome week!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1/2-3/4 cup plant based milk (I used cashew)
1/4 cup yogurt (I used almond)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp @bobsredmill hemp protein powder (optional)
Fresh fruit to top it off

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Cover the jar and place in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top it off with fresh fruit, peanut butter, dark chocolate, or anything you like.
