Golgappa sprout chat, another healthy snack no one can resist (not atleast me).
In today’s edition of healthy foods, I combined golgappas with moong sprouts, Indian herbs, sweet and spicy chutneys (date & tamarind/mint & coriander) and yogurt, with a topping of pomegranate, onions and tomatoes to create this delicious chaat. It is healthy, tasty and a fun way of including the nutritious moong sprouts in your diet. Additionally, it is very versatile and quick to make. The ingredients are not fixed – you can adjust them based on availability and taste – as well as save time by preparing the chutneys in advance.
