Giaourtlou kebab w/ creamy red sauce and yogurt 🤤⁣
Recipe below👇🏻⁣

Preheat the oven⁣
Bake the mini kebabs⁣

For the red sauce ⁣
Garlic, tomato, tomato paste, olive oil, oregano, fresh basila and some chili flakes.⁣
Sweat garluc with olive oil for a couple of minutes then add romaste paste and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 min( u can add 100-200 ml water if your sauce needs to) ⁣
Add the basil and oregano and simmer for 15-20 minuter until your sauce reachey your desire thickness.⁣
For the yogurt sace, combine the yogurt with salt pepper, a pinch of cumin, olive oil and one tablespoon white vinegar.⁣

For the homemade pita breads:⁣
300gr yogurt ⁣
300gr baking flour⁣
Salt & pepper⁣
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and knead until becomes a piece of dough. Rest for 10minutes.⁣
Divide your dough in 4 or 5 pieces and roll your dough into pitas .⁣
In a hot pan put some olive oil and bake your pitas. 4 minutes each side should be fine. ⁣
Cut your pitas into bite full pieces and serve : pitas , yogurt sauce , reas sauce and mini kebabs ! Enjoy 😉 ⁣
