Garlic Chili Flakes Bok Choy. This is an amazing side dish. It takes 10 minutes to prepare and goes well with beef, chicken or fish!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Tbsp sesame oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
2 pounds bok choy, halved or quartered
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tsp red chili peppers flakes


INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Heat sesame oil in a large wok over medium to high heat.
2. Add garlic and stir continuously for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add red chili peppers and stir for 30 seconds. Remove from wok and set aside.
3. Add bok choy. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side uncovered. Add soy sauce.
4. Place bok choy on serving dish then top with cooked garlic and crushed chili pepper flakes. Sprinkle extra chili pepper flakes on top (optional), serve immediately.
