Frozen Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites

You only need three ingredients – chocolate, peanut butter and bananas – to make these delicious healthy treats. They are super easy to make and perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:
* 3 bananas ripe but still firm
* 1/4 cup peanut butter or your favorite nut butter – I used my homemade smooth peanut butter
* 1 dark chocolate bar. You can also use chocolate chips.
* 1 teaspoon coconut oil optional but recommended!

Instructions
* Peel the bananas and cut them into slices. Arrange half of the slices onto a lined baking sheet and set the rest aside.
* Using a small spoon or butter knife, spread about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter onto the bananas slices on the baking sheet. Top each half with the remaining banana slices to form small “sandwiches” and set the baking sheet into the freezer for 2 hours to set.
* Once the banana peanut butter sandwiches are frozen, prepare the chocolate. Place dark chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl, add 1 tsp of coconut oil and microwave them for 45 seconds and then stir until they are fully melted.
* Remove bananas from the freezer. Using two forks, quickly coat each banana sandwich in the melted chocolate. Sparkle with hazelnut powder (optional)
* Return the chocolate banana to the freezer to set for 1 more hour or until solid
