paleo chocolate chip banana bread, recipe from @ambitiouskitchen. GF, DF, and no added sugar. here’s how to make it:

3 medium brown bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup almond butter (i also love using PB in this recipe)
2 eggs room temp
1/2 cup coconut flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon (but tbh you can never have enough cinnamon..)
1/4 tsp salt
chocolate chips (i use @enjoylifefoods to keep it dairy free)

preheat oven to 350. with an electric mixer, combine bananas, vanilla and almond butter until smooth. add in eggs one at a time, continuing to mix on medium speed. then with mixer on lowest speed, slowly add in all dry ingredients. fold in chocolate chips at the end. pour into greased loaf pan and bake for ~30 minutes.
