Some recipes can be very complicated and time-consuming. Even tho I like spending time in the kitchen, I often don‘t find enough time, but I still don‘t wanna miss on a healthy meal.
A vegan burrito is so easy to make and you can prepare it in less than 10 minutes.
It‘s also a perfect dish, if you have some leftover food at home??
You can freestyle with your burrito and add many different ingredients.�Typical ones could be:
?Rice – brown, white, black or red
?Beans – kidney, black, pinto, white or chickpeas
?Sauce – salsa, guacamole, vegan sour cream, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup
?Filling – corn, avocado, lettuce, arugula, tomato, tofu, peppers, vegan cheese, cilantro, bell pepper, onion or green onion
?Tortilla wrap – store-bought wheatflour or cornflour version
