FLUFFY JAPANESE PANCAKES ?
1/2 c Milk ?
1/4 c Sugar
2 egg yolks
3/4 c pancake mix
{we used @krusteaz}
MIX THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS IN A BOWL

4 egg whites
IN A SEPARATE BOWL BEAT EGG WHITES UNTIL FLUFFY
_________________
• CAREFULLY FOLD PANCAKE MIXTURE TOGETHER WITH EGG WHITES
• POUR MIXTURE INTO A 3.5” COOKING RING MOLD ON A PAN {be sure to grease the inside of the mold and the pan with butter}
• COVER AND COOK ON LOW FOR 8 mins
• FLIP AND COOK OPPOSITE SIDE FOR 4 MINS

This recipe was inspired by my Son who has been wanting to try these pancakes for about a year now! I finally ordered the molds (swipe to see which ones we used) and he and I made them together.
