Easy Grain & Dairy Free Pita Bread!⁣

I’ve been craving Greek food lately, and the first thing that comes to mind for me is gyros. So I started looking for a dairy & grain free pita recipe. This adaptation turned out great! ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐞: ⁣⁣
(4 pitas)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
✅ 2 cups arrowroot flour ⁣⁣
✅ 1/2 cup almond flour ⁣⁣
✅ 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt⁣⁣
✅ 2 eggs ⁣⁣
✅ 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (I use @malkorganics)⁣
✅ Olive Oil for greasing the pan ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝: ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
1. Heat a medium pan over medium heat and add olive oil.⁣⁣
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. ⁣⁣
3. Add the almond milk and eggs and stir together until combined. ⁣⁣
4. Pour 1/2 a cup of the batter onto the pan, cook for 3 minutes, flip and cook an additional 3 minutes. Use right away. ⁣⁣

These fold nicely and make a great “gyro”!⁣⁣
