During lockdown I’ve been satisfying my food desires by trying to replicate dish at home…so far it’s been quite a success. For the last few days I’ve been wanting to have almond laddoos so finally I got down to making them yesterday. It’s a recipe that’s come about after some inputs from my granny and some from google 😁. Since so many of you have asked for the recipe I’ve decided to share it with you all… pls try and lemme know how yours turn out 🙂
Ps.. what do u think of the styling of my laddoos 😉

Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
1 cup semolina
1/2 cup roasted almonds coarsely chopped
5 tbs ghee
1/4 cup jaggery
5 powdered cardamom

Method:
Roast the semolina in 2 tbs ghee let it cool & then mix it with almond flour, jaggery, cardamom and 3 tbs ghee. To make into balls add 1/4 milk since I am lactose intolerant I used almond milk.
